RTD Cluster

The CuteLoop project provides cross-sectorial industrial participation, aiming at experience exchange and cooperation of SME users, RTD and ICT provider leading to development of long-term visions on the future ICT potentials. Therefore, contacts are established with other projects, while CuteLoop is continuously searching for potential cooperation and experience exchange.

Moreover, CuteLoop is part of the IoT European Research Cluster (IERC), initiated by the European Commission. The objectives of IERC are as follows:

  • Establish a cooperation platform and develop a research vision for IoT activities in Europe and become a major entry and contact point for IoT research in the world
  • Define an international strategy for cooperation in the area of IoT research and have an overview of the research priorities at the global level
  • Coordinate the cooperation activities with other EC Clusters and ICT projects
  • Coordinate and align the Strategic Research Agenda at the European level with the developments at the global level
  • Organise debates/workshops leading to a better understanding of IoT and Future Internet technology, and adoption

Further information about the IERC cluster are available via www.internet-of-things-research.eu/.
